Before You Fly

Visa Requirements

All travellers to the Philippines are required to register at etravel.gov.ph at least 72 hours before arrival. Travellers need to present their eTravel QR code prior to flight boarding. Registration is free of charge.

For the full list of visa-free countries and the maximum length of stay for your nationality, please refer to the Department of Foreign Affairs guidelines. Citizens of countries not included in the visa-free list must apply for a visa.

Note: Delegates from Hong Kong holding British National (Overseas) passports, as well as Mainland Chinese nationals with valid Australian, Canadian, Japanese, Schengen, or US visas, are permitted a stay of up to seven (7) days in the Philippines.

Transportation Arrangement

Shuttle Service

Shuttle services in the Philippines are provided by the Organising Committee of the 43rd Pico Group International Conference. Dedicated shuttle services will be provided by Pico at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Group Arrival Day (15 Dec) and at Grand Hyatt Manila on Group Departure Day (19 Dec). Delegates arriving or departing outside the shuttle operating dates and hours are kindly requested to arrange their own transportation.

Proceed to the Lobby after check-out and our staff will arrange transportation to the airport.

Travel Advice

Leave 4 hours ahead. On 19 Dec, we strongly advise leaving at least 4 hours in advance due to unpredictable traffic conditions.

*Shuttles depart on time and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive at the hospitality desk on G/F and check in with the helpers at least 15 minutes before the shuttle departure time. Detailed schedules will be provided during the conference.

How will I recognise the pick-up staff?

Our pick-up staff will be holding signage with the Pico logo at the Arrival Hall's pick-up points. Please follow their instructions.

Who is responsible for arranging and paying for plane tickets?

Plane tickets are arranged and paid for by each local office and are not included in the delegate fee.

Is there a charge for pick-up service?

Pick-up services to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on 15 and 19 December 2026 respectively are included in the delegate package for registered delegates. Shuttles will operate at 30-minute intervals on both days.

What information do I need to provide for the pick-up service?

Your arrival & departure details (including flight number, arrival time, etc.) are needed. Please share with us during registration.

How long will I need to wait for the pick-up service?

There will be a shuttle departing to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Please note that operating hour is 10:00am to 6:00pm.

What should I do if I miss the shuttle?

You can wait for the next shuttle (which runs every 30 minutes), or alternatively, you may arrange your own transport via Grab at your own expense.

What if my arrival time falls outside the shuttle operating hours?

Delegates arriving outside the coach operating hours are kindly requested to arrange their own transportation. You may also contact the Organising Committee to check if a paid pick-up service is available.
