Rooms & Rates

Delegates will be accommodated in King Bed or Double beds room. Due to the limited availability of double-bed rooms, guests who select the double-bed option may be assigned a room with one king-size bed and one extra bed. Room assignments are subject to availability at the time of allocation.

Terms & Conditions

Room rates & policies

  • The negotiated room rates are valid until 1 December 2026.
  • Registrations made after 1 December 2026 may be subject to higher room rates, subject to hotel availability and rates.
  • The above room rates include one buffet breakfast per day per guest.
  • All rates are inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charges.
  • A security deposit is required per room per day upon check-in.
  • Complimentary extra beds are available for children under the age of 12. For other guests, an additional charge per night will be applied. Breakfast is included.
  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, subject to room availability. Delegates arriving earlier will be accommodated as rooms become available.
  • Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM will incur a fee equal to 50% of the applicable daily room rate. For check-outs after 6:00 PM, the full daily room rate will apply.
  • Due to the limited availability of double-bed rooms, guests who select the double-bed option may be assigned a room with one king-size bed and one extra bed. Room assignments are subject to availability at the time of allocation.
  • You will not be required to make any guest room payments at check-in or check-out, as the Organising Committee will manage the billing and allocate the charges to your office upon invoice confirmation. But for any additional expenses, such as room service or extended stay beyond the official conference period, you should settle it directly at the time of consumption using either cash (PHP) or a credit card.

Loyalty Programme

Delegates who wish to enjoy World of Hyatt member benefits and earn qualifying points are encouraged to enrol in the programme and provide their membership number prior to arrival. Benefits and points may not be applied if membership details are not linked with the reservation before the stay.

Room Policies

Single Room / Twin Sharing Rules

Single Room Entitlement

Only delegates at the General Manager level and above are entitled to single rooms. Any special request must be approved by Head of Office. Please consult your Head of Office or local HR department to determine your eligibility.

Twin Room Sharing

Delegates below General Manager level are expected to share rooms. Please provide the name of your preferred roommate to the Organising Committee. If you do not have a roommate, the Committee can assist with roommate matching based on availability. Delegates who choose to occupy a single room need to obtain special approval from their Head of Office.

Room Arrangement Requests

All requests concerning room arrangements, including bed type and smoking preference, are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Check-in

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards (subject to availability). Delegates arriving prior to 3:00 PM will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available.
  • Check-in location:Before 14 Dec 2PM — Hotel Check-in Counters.14 Dec: 2PM to 8PM — The Gallery @ Lobby Level.15 Dec: 8AM to 8PM — The Gallery @ Lobby Level.From 16 Dec onwards — Hotel Check-in Counters.
  • Please ensure your passport and a valid credit card are presented during check-in.
  • World of Hyatt members should provide their membership number, or the email address used for registration. Hotel staff will verify the membership accordingly.

Check-out

  • Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Requests for late check-out must be made at the time of reservation and are subject to availability. Late check-outs between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM will incur a fee equal to 50% of the applicable daily room rate. For check-outs after 6:00 PM, the full nightly room rate will apply.
  • Check-out location: Lobby (19 Dec).
  • Please settle your guest room payments before and beyond official conference dates during check-out. Any additional expenses incurred during your stay are recommended to be settled directly at the time of consumption using either cash (PHP) or credit card.
  • Hotel staff will reconfirm World of Hyatt membership numbers at check-out to ensure accurate point allocation.

Cancellations

Hotel accommodation is booked at specially negotiated rates and is tied to commitments made with the hotel. Room reservations are non-refundable once confirmed.

For any cancellations or changes to accommodation arrangements or room assignments made after registration, the Organising Committee will not provide refunds for any delegate fees or accommodation charges incurred. The office is encouraged to nominate a replacement delegate where applicable.

The conference venue is located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), one of Manila's leading business and lifestyle districts, known for its modern infrastructure, international establishments and pedestrian-friendly environment.

BGC offers a wide range of dining, shopping and leisure options within close proximity. As with any major city, delegates are advised to take standard travel precautions, remain aware of their surroundings and use trusted transportation options when travelling.

For personal safety and convenience, delegates are encouraged to avoid travelling alone late at night and to use hotel-arranged transportation or reputable ride-hailing services when travelling.

To help delegates make the most of their stay, GLMP Philippines has curated a guide featuring attractions to explore and optional tours across Manila, including the historic Intramuros and Fort Santiago, cultural experiences at Lakbay Museo and A:Museum, family-friendly attractions such as Manila Ocean Park and the Philippine Biodome, as well as leisure and entertainment destinations including Space & Time Cube Museum and SM Mall of Asia.
