All registrations will only be considered confirmed upon approval by the Head of Office and receipt of payment for the invoice by the stated confirmation deadline. Timely payment is required to secure the applicable registration rate.

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, the office may nominate a replacement delegate. Paid delegate fees remain non-refundable.
