* Following each registration deadline, the Organising Committee will issue an invoice to the respective Head of Office. The Head of Office must confirm the invoice details via email to both the Organising Committee and the Corporate Accounting Department.

Registrations after 31 October 2026 will be subject to additional surcharges based on the Late Registration Fee (US$2,280) plus the applicable room charge. The updated chargeable fees are as follows:

All registrations will only be considered confirmed once the Head of Office has approved the delegate fee invoice by the stated confirmation deadline. Timely confirmation is required to secure the applicable registration rate.

Confirmations received after the deadline will be subject to the corresponding surcharges. Please note that delegate fees are non-refundable, as they are committed to conference arrangements, including hotel accommodation, event services, travel arrangements, and other associated costs.

If a registered delegate is unable to attend, the office may nominate a replacement delegate or bear the paid delegate fee.
