Registration
What is the fee for each delegate, and what is included?

*Payment Deadline: Following each registration deadline, the Organising Committee will issue an invoice of total [Delegate Fees and Accommodation Charges] to the respective office. The Head of Office is required to verify and confirm the invoice details via email to both the Organising Committee and the respective Accounting Department. Payment must be made by the deadline indicated. Any late payments will be subjected to change in registration type or interest charges in accordance with corporate policies.
**4 Nights' Room Fee per Delegate: The indicated price covers four nights of accommodation per delegate, based on the selected room type. In accordance with corporate policy, only General Managers are entitled to King room bookings unless otherwise approved by their Head of Office. The four-night room reservation period is from 15 December (check-in) to 19 December (check-out). Accommodation fees for this period will be settled by the Organising Committee through the Master Account maintained with the hotel. Any additional nights before or after this period, as well as any personal charges incurred during the stay, must be settled directly by the delegate upon check-out.
Surcharges
Registrations received after 31 October 2026 will be subject to the following surcharges based on the Late Delegate Fee and applicable accommodation charges:

When should I pay the delegate fee to secure the seats and Early Bird rate?
Following each registration deadline, the Organising Committee will issue an invoice of total [Delegate Fees and Accommodation Charges] to the respective office. Is my registration confirmed immediately after completing the registration on the website, and does it entitle me to the specific rate?
All registrations will only be considered confirmed upon approval by the Head of Office and receipt of payment for the invoice by the stated confirmation deadline. Timely payment is required to secure the applicable registration rate.
Example: A delegate who registers on or before 15 August 2026 will be eligible for the Early Bird rate. If the invoice is not verified and payment is not received by 15 September 2026, the registration will be subject to the Standard rate.
If I need to withdraw my application due to personal or work-related reasons, will the delegate fee be refundable?
No. Delegate fees and accommodation charges are non-refundable.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend or withdraws, the office may nominate a replacement delegate. Paid delegate fees remain non-refundable.
Does the delegate fee include flight tickets and hotel accommodation fees?
Flights are not included in the delegate fee. Delegates may claim reimbursement from their local offices if applicable. Hotel accommodation is included in the delegate fee during the official conference period.
What types of overseas credit cards does the hotel accept?
Visa and MasterCard are widely accepted. Amex and JCB are accepted at limited establishments. Cash (PHP) is accepted, though some places are cashless.
What is the delegate room rate at Grand Hyatt Manila?

Negotiated rates are valid until 1 Dec 2026 and include one buffet breakfast per day per guest. All rates are inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charges. A security deposit is required upon check-in.
Check-in: 3:00 PM (subject to availability). Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM may incur a 50% room charge.
Are there any membership or reward points available for hotel accommodation?
Yes. Hotel accommodation is eligible for the World of Hyatt programme. Enrol before your stay to earn points. Existing members should provide their membership number or registered email address. Terms apply under the World of Hyatt programme.
Is breakfast included in the hotel fee?
Yes. Breakfast is included.
Can I request a single room?
Only delegates at the General Manager level and above are entitled to single rooms. Any special request must be approved by Head of Office. Please consult your Head of Office or local HR department to determine your eligibility.
Transportation Arrangements
Do I need to arrange flight tickets?
Yes. Delegates should arrange their own flights. Each office should designate a representative to coordinate travel arrangements. Delegates may claim reimbursement from their own office if applicable.
How long is the journey from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 1, 2 and 3 to Grand Hyatt Manila?
Approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic.
Will there be pick-up services?
Yes. Pick-up service will be provided between Grand Hyatt Manila and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 1, 2 and 3 on 15 and 19 December 2026. The operating hour is 9am to 7pm (tentatively).
If I arrive before 15 December or depart after 19 December, will pick-up service still be available?
Delegates arriving or departing outside the scheduled shuttle operating dates and hours are kindly requested to contact the Organising Committee for assistance with transportation arrangements. Any transportation arranged outside the official shuttle service will be subject to separate charges.

Conference
What should I wear for the conference?
Manila temperatures in December typically range from 24°C to 30°C. Wear comfortable and lightweight clothing, and bring a light jacket for air-conditioned venues.
Conference uniforms are mandatory on 16–17 December. Sports shoes are recommended for CSR activities on 18 December.
I don't want to join Golf or the CSR activity. Can I skip these activities?
No. Delegates must attend at least one activity unless exempted by their Head of Office.
Can I join the Golf Challenge even if I am not familiar with golf?
You may join, but those unfamiliar with golf may not fully enjoy or participate effectively. The CSR activity is recommended as an alternative.
What should I wear during the Gala Dinner?
Recommended attire: national dress or formal attire. Gentlemen: suit and tie or tuxedo. Ladies: cocktail dress or evening gown.
Others
Are day tours of Manila available?
Yes. Tour operator contact details will be announced soon. Reservations should be made at least 3 weeks in advance.
The day tour organiser accepts Visa & MasterCard and bank transfer.
Do I need to bring cash?
It is recommended. Credit cards are widely accepted, but some local restaurants may accept cash only.
The charity sale counter at the event accepts cash donations only. Donations may be made in any currency.
