Following each registration deadline, the Organising Committee will issue an invoice to the respective Head of Office for confirmation. Confirmations received after the deadline will be subject to surcharges.

No. Registration is confirmed only after the Head of Office confirms the invoice with the Organising Committee and Corporate Accounting Department.

Example: A delegate registers on or before 15 Aug 2026 at the Early Bird rate. If the Head of Office does not confirm the invoice by 7 Sep 2026, the registration will be charged at the Standard rate.

No. Delegate fees are non-refundable.

If a delegate withdraws, the office may nominate a replacement delegate. Otherwise, the office remains responsible for the fee already paid.

Flights are not included in the delegate fee. Delegates may claim reimbursement from their local offices if applicable. Hotel accommodation is included in the delegate fee during the official conference period.

Visa and MasterCard are widely accepted. Amex and JCB are accepted at limited establishments. Cash (PHP) is accepted, though some places are cashless.

Negotiated rates are valid until 1 Dec 2026 and include one buffet breakfast per day per guest. All rates are inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charges. A security deposit is required upon check-in.

Check-in: 3:00 PM (subject to availability). Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM may incur a 50% room charge.

Yes. Hotel accommodation is eligible for the World of Hyatt programme. Enrol before your stay to earn points. Existing members should provide their membership number or registered email address. Terms apply under the World of Hyatt programme.

Single rooms are available to General Manager level and above, or if no roommate can be arranged. Sole occupants pay the full daily room rate.

Delegates below General Manager level are expected to share rooms and must provide their roommate's name. Delegates who choose to occupy a single room alone will be responsible for the full daily room rate.

Due to the limited availability of double-bed rooms, guests who select the double-bed option may be assigned a room with one king-size bed and one extra bed. Room assignments are subject to availability at the time of allocation.

Bed type and smoking preferences are subject to hotel availability.

Yes. Delegates should arrange their own flights. Each office should designate a representative to coordinate travel arrangements. Delegates may claim reimbursement from their own office if applicable.

Yes. Pick-up service will be provided between Grand Hyatt Manila and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 1, 2 and 3 on 15 and 19 December. Shuttles will operate every 30 minutes. Service hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

No. Pick-up services are available only for arrivals on 15 December and departures on 19 December.

Manila temperatures in December typically range from 24°C to 30°C. Wear comfortable and lightweight clothing, and bring a light jacket for air-conditioned venues.

Conference uniforms are mandatory on 16–17 December. Sports shoes are recommended for CSR activities on 18 December.

No. Delegates must attend at least one activity unless exempted by their Head of Office.

You may join, but those unfamiliar with golf may not fully enjoy or participate effectively. The CSR activity is recommended as an alternative.

Recommended attire: national dress or formal attire. Gentlemen: suit and tie or tuxedo. Ladies: cocktail dress or evening gown.

The day tour organiser accepts Visa & MasterCard and bank transfer.

It is recommended. Credit cards are widely accepted, but some local restaurants may accept cash only.

The charity sale counter at the event accepts cash donations only. Donations may be made in any currency.
